Ideally, there's a link to open knowledge, open licensing or GLAM. The film could be linked to an event run locally, such as an editathon or campaign. Let's decide together. What do you think?
What makes a good session? edit
It would be great if we can include more that just the film screening in the event. This could be a director/team interview, the screening of related materials or the presentation of Wikimedia content related to the topic. Or simply just a Wikipedia article about the film or the topic needing translation.
Platform edit
We will use a social screening platform, such as https://www.watchparty.me/. If everyone is happy with that, we will choose it.
Screening date/time edit
We can start by letting the organizer choose the most suitable time. As we go along, we can decide to choose a recurring time of the month and how the screening can cover different timezones.
