Licensing of Pokemon logo

I'm not familiar with copyright law. Isn't it showing the copyrighted materials (the Pokemon logo) in document which isn't directly related to against the fair use rationale? And I think there is something else less "controversial" (copyright-wise, file:placeholder.png for example) to illustrate the application of the image filter. -- Sameboat (talk) 07:28, 19 August 2011 (UTC)

Clarification of image border

Could someone with the appropriate tools add a border - ideally ragged - to the image? At present, it isn't initially obvious that this is a screenshot. (Same comment applies to lots of the other pages showing sample images.)
