Summary

Description
English: Presentation of the Offlinepedia project to representatives of the province of Carchi in the city of Tulcán.

Within the schedule we will have training for facilitators and users on free access to Wikipedia without internet requirements and delivery of Offlinepedia equipment in some communities in the province.

The training on assembly and use of equipment will be aimed at students and members of the "Carchi Youth Manifesto"
Ab: Presentación del proyecto Offlinepedia a representantes de la provincia del Carchi en la ciudad de Tulcán.

Dentro del cronograma tendremos capacitaciones a facilitadores y usuarios sobre acceso gratuito a Wikipedia sin requisitos de internet y entrega de equipos Offlinepedia en algunas comunidades de la provincia.

La capacitación sobre montaje y uso de equipos estará dirigida a estudiantes e integrantes del “Manifiesto Juvenil Carchi”
