Македонски: Извештај за бедната состојба на населението по сите места во Вилаетот, дури и во оние села кои не учествувале во востанието, како што се поречките села, и покрај тоа што е замолкната и последната пушка. Селаните гладни и боси молат од Конзулат до Конзулат да бидат заштитени од турската власт. (15 октомври 1903)
English: Report about the misery of the population in all places in Vilayet, even in those villages that have not participated in the uprising, as Poreche villages. Villagers are hungry and barefoot, begging from the Consulate to Consulate, to be protected from the Turkish government. (15 October 1903)
