The numerical simulation was performed with the CFD software Flotherm. Heat sink dimensions 25 x 55 mm, fin height 35 mm, fin thickness 2.0 mm, air temperature 20°C, air velocity 3 m/s, heat dissipation 12 W.
Deutsch: Temperaturverteilung an einem Aluminium-Kühlkörper mit Kühlrippen mit einem hohen Wirkungsgrad. Die Temperatur nimmt von der Basis zu Rippenspitze nur wenig ab. Die numerische Simulation wurde mit der CFD Software Flotherm durchgeführt.
