Este un desen rezumativ al experimentului meu TORIS 1982,realizat la sectia ATM a CFS TEROM Iasi in legatura cu : 1)Afirmatia lui OERSTED in 1820 asupra "exercitarii in spirala" a CONFLICTULUI ELECTRIC,azi zicem camp magnetic, in jurul conductorului de curent electric, 2)Ipoteza R.I.Forgaci [in 1981, cand era inginer examinator principal la OSIM Bucuresti] asupra "insurubarii curentului electric in conductor", 3)Efectul PROCOPIU[profesor la Universitatea Iasi, 1930],
