For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme. ADN-ZB-Thieme-17.1.1986-pra-Bez. Karl-Marx-Stadt: Wettbewerb-Im Kombinat Baumwolle werden Schnitte von Herrenhemden, Nachtwäsche sowie von Arbeits- und Berufsbekleidung rechnergestützt konstruiert und gefertigt. Die dafür im VEB Herrenhemden Auerbach installierte Anlage wird von drei Kombinatsbetrieben des Vogtlandkreises gemeinsam genutzt. Der entsprechende Rechner übernimmt das Zeichnen von Schnittbildern und variiert auf Wusch die verschiedenen Konfektionsgrößen. Dadurch wird auch eine optimale Nutzung der Stoffbahnen im Zuschnitt erreicht, die eine jährliche Steigerung von 100000 Stück Konfektionserzeugnissen ohne zusätzlichen Materialeinsatz bringen wird. Schnittbildleger Petra Köhler (v.), Christina Voigtmann (r.) und Andrea Fischbach arbeiten an der rechnergestützten Zeichnung der Schnitte. |
