Română: Vegetarieni care mănâncă Miere. Sunt excluse: Zahăr, E-uri, orice produs animal(carne, brânză, lapte, ouă, pește, fructe de mare, insecte) precum și anumite legume, fructe sau cereale care in urma abordării din punct de vedere biochimic nu fac bine omului din cauza conținutului de Gluten, Amidon, Cafeină, Nicotină, Alcool. Sunt interzise: citrice(lamâi, portocale, mandarine, clementine, grepfruit, etc - au Ph foarte mic, sunt acide), orez, porumb, secară, orz, ovaz, cartof, grâu, pâine, paste făinoase. Fiind obișnuiti cu acestea vă puteti intreba: Atunci ce mâncăm? Raspuns(pe scurt): Orice altceva și numarul de optiuni este foarte mare si delicios! |
