FII Wiki Project/Edit-a-thons/Online Social Movements

On 18 February 2018, FII and Punjabi Wikimedians co-hosted a Wikipedia edit-a-thon on Online Social Movements in India at FII's New Delhi office. The edit-a-thon was aimed at creating/editing Wikipedia pages of online social movements in India across issues of caste, gender, sexuality among others who lack representation on the platform currently.

The articles were created and expanded in English and Punjabi. Additional statistics can been seen on the P&E dashboard. A report of the edit-a-thon is also documented on the FII website here
