FII Wiki Project/Edit-a-thons/Indian Women's Hockey Team

On 28 July 2018, FII Wiki Project hosted a Wikipedia edit-a-thon on Indian Women's Hockey Team at FII's New Delhi office. The FIFA World Cup 2018 was all over the news, but the Women's Hockey World Cup 2018 did not get a lot of media attention. The edit-a-thon was aimed at visibilising the Indian women's field hockey team and creating/editing Wikipedia pages of the players who lack representation on the platform currently. The articles were created and expanded in English. Additional statistics can been seen on the P&E dashboard here. A report of the edit-a-thon is also documented on the FII website here.
