Reporting about your funded Reading Wikipedia in the Classroom project edit

For those that have received funding for Reading Wikipedia in the classroom in 2022, the reporting requirements are outlined here. Three reports are required:

  1. Initial submission of needs assessment and planning outcomes
  2. Mid-project monitoring report
  3. Final evaluation report

Needs assessment and planning report edit

Needs assessment and data collection report should include the following:

  1. Analysis of data collected from surveys and interviews
  2. Details of any partnership agreements
  3. Details of outreach activities

Mid-project monitoring report edit

Mid-project monitoring report should include:

  1. Number of teachers registered
  2. Number of teachers actively participating
  3. Screenshots or photos of training activities
  4. Summary of progress toward project outcomes
  5. Summary of challenges/lessons learned or any outstanding circumstances that may prevent the project from achieving its outcomes

Final evaluation report edit

Final evaluation report should include:

  1. Reach, participation, and certification metrics
  2. Data about assignment participation and completion
  3. Analysis of evaluation data from surveys and interviews
    • Teacher’s learning outcomes
    • Ways to improve the program for the future
  4. Annex that includes the final assignments submitted by teachers
