The event saw the active participation of 25 enthusiastic students from the Bed CSIT program, who eagerly engaged in discussions surrounding various Wikimedia initiatives and their applications in education. The students were introduced to the vast array of Wikimedia projects, such as Wikipedia, Wikibooks, and Wikimedia Commons, among others, which have become invaluable resources in the digital age.

Summary: Kailali Multiple Campus, affiliated with Far Western University and situated in the vibrant city of Dhangadi in western Nepal, has always been dedicated to fostering a rich learning environment for its students. On 14th July 2023, the campus witnessed a significant event where Bed CSIT students took the initiative to conduct a Wikimedia and education outreach program. This program aimed to explore the potential of Wikimedia projects in enhancing the course curriculum and promoting knowledge sharing.
