18.00 – 20.30 | Dinner Optional Bangkok street food tour organized by local Thai volunteers. Dinner will be at participants’ own costs and reimbursed post-event. |

08.30 – 10.30 | Opening Session In this opening session, we will all connect over icebreaker games, review expectations and goals for the event, and learning about how the process around designing our shared global future connects to who we are as an ESEAP region. |

11.00 – 12.30 | REAL CASES PART 01 In this session, we will break into groups - first by country, and then mixed - to share and explore stories about our work as Wikimedians. What have been meaningful roadblocks and opportunities for your work in your country? What needs to change so that we are better empowered at the country and regional level? |
12.30 – 13.30 | Lunch |
13.30 – 15.00 | REAL CASES PART 02 In this session, we will repeat the same activity from the pre-lunch period, but in different groups. This will help us to have a broad sense of our similar challenges and opportunities as a region, and help us develop a vision for where we should be headed. |

15.30 – 17.00 | REGIONAL REV-UP Having shared our individual stories throughout the day, now it’s time to move around and have some fun as we think about our shared ESEAP future! We’ll do a shared visioning and discussion activity, followed by a debrief of the day and expectation setting for Sunday. |
17.00 – 19.30 | Free time / Fringe Event: Wikimania 2020, hosted by ESEAP Meetup |
19.30 – 21.30 | Dinner at Tree House Restaurant |

08.30 – 10.30 | WIKIMEDIA 2030 - OUR GLOBAL FUTURE Here, we will revisit our global vision for 2030, review our thematic areas, and do an interactive exercise that helps us think boldly about designing recommendations for the future.

11.00 – 12.30 | THEMATIC AREAS REGIONAL PART 02 We will continue our thematic discussions, with the option for participants to change groups before we begin.

13.30 – 15.00 | DRAFT RECOMMENDATION FEEDBACK/ENRICHMENT After lunch, it’s time to share feedback on the draft recommendations from other groups. Using an Open Space Technology method, we will circulate around the room and give comments to the work of other groups.

15.30 – 17.00 | PRESENTING RECOMMENDATIONS Volunteers for each thematic area will present to the entire group the recommendation(s) that they created.
