ESEAP Preparatory Council voting information for Affiliate Seats edit
You are receiving this notice because you are a representative of an ESEAP affiliate.
Dear ESEAP affiliates,
This is an update to the ESEAP Preparatory Council's Affiliate Seat. To support the smooth operation of the election, a Process Oversight sub-committee has been formed per agreement of the ESEAP Hub Interim Committee. The following details have been updated:
- Voting will start on , and ends on . Votes casted after the deadline will not be included into counting.
- Each ESEAP affiliate can cast at most 4 votes and at most 1 vote to each nominee.
- The result will be announced at the same time as seats from other streams.
- You can find details of the nominations on this Meta page.
