Free the Freedom of Panorama in ESEAP

Abstract/description

In Wikimania 2023, we talked about that the Freedom of Panorama (FOP) in ESEAP still need to be promoted. There are only 3 countries with full FOP: Australia, China and Malaysia. Maybe it's time to get together for more freedom. We need some knowledge about the legislative backgrounds of the ESEAP countries, and more ideas to lobby in their respective parliaments.
