Building a Hub: what does it take and how it works? (based on the CEE Hub experience)

Abstract/description

This lecture is a brief description of the CEE Hub's experience during its (regional) hub building process. We want to explain what it took and how in practice this cooperation works in the CEE. We want to touch upon involvement of chapters, user groups, communities and active individuals from the region, explain the financial side as well as day to day activities since the first employment in the CEE Hub.

Relationship to ESEAP or to the theme

Hubs are about collaboration and cooperation and this is a concrete example of the experiencing of one regional Wikimedia hub.
