Bridging IPGM Campus Kent’s Collaboration Network With the Community through Wikimedia

Abstract/description

Early 2019, the Institute of Teacher Education Malaysia (IPGM), Ministry of Education Malaysia (MOE) had given the responsibility to the IPGM Kent Campus as the leading institute for the Kadazandusun Language(KdL) or as Tier 1. In relation to that, IPGM Kent Campus is made accountable for developing, reviewing and enhancing the KdL Teacher Education Curriculum. Apart from the educational activities on campus, IPGM Kent Campus has established a network with the community through various activities, aimed at uplifting and empowering the language. Wikimedia is one of the affiliates in successfully bridging the gap between the campus, local community and international.
