The Hatch-A-Wiki Project of Wiki Advocates Philippines is a strategic program created by the group to develop, maintain, and later on, provide sites for incubator projects. This is also a training ground for editors to become community organizers that later on will be able to conduct campaigns, edit-a-thons, and access WMF grants.
