Building a hub and how we can help it happen

Abstract/description

The Wikimedia communities in the ESEAP region are currently in the process of planning to establish a Hub. The building of this Hub will inevitably involve the commitment and participation of each chapter, user group, and community in the region. Each has their own strengths and capabilities, which may provide a positive impetus for achieving the above goals.

In this talk, I will be sharing the story of the Wikimedia communities in Indonesia and how we can encourage the establishment of Hubs with their help, as well as identifying issues and challenges that may be holding them back from collaborating.
