Cooperation of South Slavic Wikipedias

As a second part of the Balkan NPOV page, there is a discussion started on the bs and sr wiki. The way we think about is to rewrite the POV pages and to unifiy the articles across those two Wikipedias (perhaps to involve the willing users from hr and shwiki), to declare trustable sources for both sides, and to give more information to the readers. As the result, there should be higher number of contributors, higher quality of writen articles, and leser possibility of cross wiki vandalism. The guidelines need to be written, but the tought is:
- Higher medial promotion of projects trough the local media
- Mobilisation of new contributors
- Higher article quality
