Community Wishlist Survey 2022/Larger suggestions/Show Abusefilter changes in watchlists/Proposal

• Problem: Currently, there is no way to monitor for changes to specific AbuseFilters without going directly to the filter itself and viewing the history of changes. They cannot be not shown in watchlists like other pages can.
• Proposed solution: Show the Special:AbuseFilter/history on the user's Special:Watchlist like deletion, page move, etc.
• Who would benefit: AbuseFilter managers
