Human readable wikilinks to Wikidata query service

Problem:

Wikidata query service result links to WMF wikipages are rendered as urlencoded URLs. The urlencoded page titles aren't human readable. Full URLs are also consuming so much screen space that the common problem is that result rendering will be failbacked to single column mode and result is not rendered as a table.

Example of problematic result: https://w.wiki/jgK
Example url value: <https://fi.wikipedia.org/wiki/Min%C3%A4_ja_Morrison>

Who would benefit:

All users who are querying links to Wikimedia wiki pages using Wikidata Query Service.

Proposed solution:

Add SPARQL prefix for WMF wikis OR change the the HTML rendering so that the rendered link would be like <wp:fi:Minä_ja_Morrison> in the result view.
