Description
It's difficult for new users to get in contact with like-minded users and to support each other.
I would propose to be able to follow users:
- Follow Button — Follow Button on user pages. This could be based on the "Add to watchlist"-Feature.
- List of users — List of users you follow and users who follow you. Dedicated pages to list users.
- Watchlist — Watchlist of edits from users you follow.
- Follower notification — Notification if a user starts to follow you.
- User proposals — List of users to follow by "similarity" (users that edited – without minor edits – pages you edited).
