Through the Women* Train-the-Trainer, we aim to gain valuable insights into the most effective strategies for empowering women and gender-diverse individuals to become leaders and trainers within their communities, which can be adapted in different regions of the world. Specifically, we hope to learn:

1. Approaches to Addressing Barriers: We want to better understand & address the challenges faced by underrepresented groups in accessing and contributing to open knowledge platforms, and identify effective methods to overcome these barriers.

2. Impact of Localized Training Models: Observing how contextually tailored training methods resonate with participants, we seek to refine our approach to make future programs more inclusive and impactful.

3. Sustainable Mentorship Practices: We aim to evaluate the post-event mentorship and community support systems in sustaining participant engagement and fostering long-term knowledge-sharing practices.

4. Building a Stronger Network: We are committed to creating a robust support network that provides sustainable, long-term assistance to women aspiring to take on leadership roles and lead their own projects.
