Eleven teams at the Wikimedia Foundation are involved in writing questions that will help learn about Wikimedia communities through the lens of each team.

Anti-Harassment Tools

Focus on experiences of Wikimedians who are helping to resolve disputes.

Communications Department

Focus on how Wikimedians use communication channels to stay engaged in Wikimedia or the Wikimedia Foundaiton's work.

Community Engagement Department:

Focus on health of wikimedia communities as well as diversity & inclusion.

Community Programs

Focus on program organizers in the Wikimedia movement and explore the support needs for this audience.

Community Resources

Focus on Conference and Events in the movement. This team provides funding for events within the movement.

Contributors: Focus on demographics of Wikimedia contributors, as well as satisfaction with software.

Partnerships & Global Reach

Focus on attitudes towards different kinds of partnerships as well as examines awareness of available support for partnerships.

Legal Department

A report that examines various aspects of the legal environment, including public policy that governs the Wikimedia project websites, content policies, and transparency.

Learning & Evaluation

A report that examines the capacity needs of Wikimedia affiliates and program organizers in evaluating & learning from their activities.

Support & Safety

A report that looks at harassment and civility on the Wikimedia projects.

Technical Collaboration

Focus on volunteer developer's experiences on the projects, as well as how contributors connect with volunteer developers.
