Please include consultations, surveys, or other work that requires broad community input; rule of thumb: anything where you are reaching out to require 50 or more users.
Please make sure to specify the target audience. The more specific, the better.
If information needs to be temporarily confidential to hold the space, please include basics: Dates, Team, and Target audience (name not needed)
Please make sure to coordinate with others; communities do a lot, and they get asked to do a lot. Let's try to keep fatigue at a low level
