Changes to category page (proposal)

In a quest to address several outstanding bugs/feature requests, I have reworked categoryPage.php and made some changes to the way that category pages work under MediaWiki. This page explains the changes and offers some design notes. It is also my hope to get feedback from other developers and users.

Bug 1476: Category tag on redirect pages does not work

This enhancement is actually a question of removing code that was apparently added to prevent exactly this functionality. There may be an excellent reason for not allowing this.

Bug 450: Categories need to be structured by namespace

(which may obsolete bug 706)
