What is the purpose of the campaign? How will you measure the success of the campaign? edit

Description - To attract greater participation at regional Women's History Month and Art+Feminism events in the geography supported by Wikimedia New York City. These often include the largest editathons of the calendar year, are particularly suitable for newbies looking to become more engaged, and have been held annually in New York City since 2014, which is the place of origin and still the greatest concentration of events for this campaign. This request is unusual because we are asking for a subnational banner in a particular a US metropolitan area, see last year's request at CentralNotice/Request/Wikipedia Day US 2019.
