What is the purpose of the campaign? How will you measure the success of the campaign?

Description - In the frame of Wikidata's 10th birthday, we would like to display a banner on Wikidata to encourage more people to contribute to the collaborative celebration video. The deadline to contribute to the video being September 18th, we would like to have the banner running during two weeks before this deadline, from September 5th to 19th. The banner is for logged in users on Wikidata only, and is translatable.
