What is the purpose of Campaign? How will you measure the success of the campaign?

Description - Campaign to upload photos of national costumes of Norway. In April/May there are many confirmations, and May 17 is our national day; these are all occasions where people normally wear their bunad, which makes this good timing for an upload campaign.
