What is the purpose of the campaign? How will you measure the success of the campaign?

Description - Wikipedia 20 is an event that has already occurred in many wikis, which consists of Wikipedia's 20th anniversary, and now the turn of Wikipedia in Portuguese is coming up on May 11th. Then, the banner will serve to publicize the anniversary of the Portuguese version and attract all internet users who access the site, to wish or leave a message of congratulations to 20 years.

@Ciell, DerHexer, Martin Urbanec, Romaine, Steinsplitter, and Ата: Hello interface administrators, sorry to bother you but I need you to approve this banner before starting the campaign on May 11th, at least the banner template is ready thanks to the help of the interface administrator, Ciell, now I need you to configure the banner placing for all devices and logged-in and logged-out users (IPs) to be able to see the banner and also that only Portuguese-speaking countries see the banner: Brazil, Angola, Mozambique, Portugal, Guinea-Bissau, Equatorial Guinea, Timor-Leste, Macau, Cape Verde and São Tomé and Príncipe. Hi Juan90264, I see no reason for not setting up this campaign for you. Did you test al the devices you are mentioning? I do notice Portugal is also joining in WLE in May. Did you discuss things with Romaine or the organisation of WLE Portugal? Ciell (talk) 18:20, 1 May 2021 (UTC)

If you have access to the Mediawiki-space (admin rights or more) this is surely an option. You wont be able to use the CSS/HTML banner though, and have to re-design to wikicode. What will happen is the two banners will appear together for the users visiting the pt-wiki. For non-desktop users this is not a preferred option imho. We could try to play with the weights of the two different CN banners instead. Romaine, could you maybe weigh in? Ciell (talk) 19:35, 4 May 2021 (UTC)
