This survey is part of the second phase ("Phase 2") of the project which began on 2 February 2021, when the Board approved the draft UCoC text developed in Phase 1. Hello Ciell, can you please take a quick look at this? :)--SOyeyele (WMF) (talk) 09:06, 17 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hi SOyeyele (WMF), could you please have another look at the dates you request for this banner? They seem to have expired already? And please give us and the community 10 days for processing and comments on requests for CN banners. I don't have a big problem with it this time because of the small setting, but just something to think about for future requests.
About the banner: we don't use wikicode inside banners. It is easiest if you give us one or two images, max 70 characters of text in one or two lines, and a landing page. We'll (I'll) put the banner together from that. Ciell (talk) 10:13, 17 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Hi Ciell, thank you for response. I have corrected the dates accordingly, and apologies for the urgency of the request. I'll keep it in mind to request earlier in the future. I have also restructured the request in the way which you described.
Hi @SOyeyele (WMF):, per the banner requirements, please create a landing page within the Wikimedia domain, where you explain the link in the banner will lead to a Google form, and the users data will no longer be protected by the WMF's privacy policy, and refer to Google's privacy policy instead. Ciell (talk) 08:04, 18 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Hi again Ciell, I have now corrected the landing page accordingly. Thank you very much.--SOyeyele (WMF) (talk) 00:36, 19 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Hi SOyeyele (WMF): also per the guidelines, but now on surveys: did you consider using Qualtrics account via User:RMaung (WMF) for the protection of the privacy of our users? Ciell (talk) 19:25, 19 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@SOyeyele (WMF): I've created a banner for you in the meantime, you can see the preview here. Please tell me if I can enabled it, or if it still needs corrections. Ciell (talk) 19:45, 19 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Ciell Thank you for creating the banner. It looks fine and you can sure enable it. About the question on Qualtrics, it wasn't used for this process, because it's very expensive to run. Considering the number of surveys that is being done during the UCoC consultations, spending so much on surveys may not be a wise use of donor funds. Thank you again!--SOyeyele (WMF) (talk) 22:01, 20 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Great, thanks for explaining and I turned on the banner. Ciell (talk) 22:37, 20 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
