What is the purpose of Campaign? How will you measure the success of the campaign?

Description - In 2017, the German-speaking community’s technical wishes survey will take place for the 3rd time. The survey is conducted in collaboration between the German-speaking community and Wikimedia Deutschland's Technical Wishes team. The goal of the campaign is to invite all contributors to the survey, regardless of their level of experience in editing Wikipedia or technical knowledge. With this banner, we invite all users on German Wikipedia to submit their technical wishes from May 29 to June 11 (submission phase).
