Description -

(CARE, Women in Red and Wikimedia UK are pausing this banner campaign; I am keeping this banner notice and may come back to it as we decide to restart)
For International Women's Day, Wikimedia UK and Women in Red are partnering with CARE International (humanitarian and international development charity,) to help #ChangeTheStory on gender representation on Wikipedia and across society. This banner is to raise awareness of this partnership campaign and draw new and existing editors to editing a curated list of notable women.

Metrics - attendance at training events leading to page editing, engagement with the Women in Red page (ideally including new editors). This is the first time CARE has engaged in this way with Wikimedia movement and a success measure is already the experience of working together, and planning future engagements.

What banner(s) will you use? What will be your landing page?

Daria Cybulska (WMUK): is this to be considered still an active (upcoming) request, or can I move this to closed? Ciell (talk) 13:03, 12 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for checking Ciell! Please close it - we have redesigned this project so will be going with a different banner in the end. Daria Cybulska (WMUK) (talk) 16:29, 27 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
