What is the purpose of the campaign? How will you measure the success of the campaign? edit
Description - Alumni and Mentors of Russia 2021 is a contest of creation and expansion of articles about notable professors and other teachers from Russian universities and other higher education institutions, and notable alumni of these institutions. The contest period continues until 30th November 2021. WMRU is organizing seminars in Russian universities during this period in order to invite and educate new Wikimedians among students. WMRU offers prizes to residents of the Russian Federation.

- @JukoFF: I've created campaign and banner. You can preview the Russian banner here. In order to make it translatable, I had to implement the English version which you fortunately have also provided.
