What is the purpose of the campaign? How will you measure the success of the campaign?

Description - The Italian government allows individual Italian taxpayers to direct 5 out of 1000 euros of their income tax to support a non profit organization. Wikimedia Italy is regularly registered in Italy as a non-profit organization. This 5 per mille banner campaign has been approved with a chapter agreement by WMF on February 2019.
