What is the purpose of the campaign? How will you measure the success of the campaign? edit

Description - From May 15 to June 5 2020, the Iberocoop network is launching the campaign 1 librarian 1 reference. This initiative, supported by the Iberocoop network was organized in 2017, 2018 and 2020. For the 2020 edition we need a banner for Iberocoop iniciative!

To do it we want to invite all the Wikimedia user groups and chapters the contest. We invite each group, from its place and context, to push and join this proposal, whose main objective is to improve the content on women Wikipedia, taking into account, also the quality.
