Due to the Wikimedia privacy policy, no one should be listed in those public lists without his own explicit consent (for example when he will insert a user box on his own user page), unless another policy already requires such public disclosure of personal information (such as his real name, contact addresses, place of residence, nationality, ethnicity, age, health condition and handicaps, language, profession and skills, personal assets, family members, employers, coworkers, and friends, and any personal opinion), or an administrative decision is made to list someone for his actions or for his administrative roles and privileges in the Wikimedia projects.
