Offline meetups are not possible due to COVID-19 pandemic in India. So, Online meetings are helpful to create bonding between community members. CIS-A2K conducted an online meeting of Punjabi Wikimedians on 30 November 2020. 9 participants joined this meeting.

With the number of 9 participants, the meeting was started at 4:10 pm. Participants waited for more people to join for ten minutes. After welcoming, Satpal briefly discussed the agenda of the meeting with everyone that what we are going to discuss today. The first agenda was Wikipedia Asian Month 2020. User:Mulkh Singh and Satpal requested everyone to contribute to this event because one day was left for the event. Next thing was an update about Wikimedia Strategy call which was happening on 5-6 December 2020. This call required registration to join, so Satpal elaborated the process to join the meeting and it was also tried to discuss why this meeting is important. The next agenda was Festive Season 2020 edit-a-thon which is happeing on 5-6 December on all Wikimedia projects in India. After the brief intro of this event by Satpal, Nitesh ellaborated the idea and task structure with all the participants. The next thing which was discussed was update from Satpal. He shared what he had done in the November month as community advocate. Satpal is scanning books of Dharam Chand Vatish. The author relicensed his books. Apart from this, book of Gurbhajan Gill are also uploaded on Wikimedia Commons. At the end of this meeting, participants discussed that how they can contribute on Wikimedia projects regarding 2020 Indian farmers' protest going on in Delhi by Punjab's farmers & workers. User:Nitesh Gill helped to get notes of this meetup on the etherpad. In this meeting, User:Manpreetsir was introduced to everyone since he was a new member for most of the participants in the meeting.
