Abstract (at least 300 words to describe your proposal)

Information is the key to democracy. Despite growing number of people who own a computer, smart phone and have Internet access, most people in India have to depend on English to connect to the Internet. Very few people using mother tongue for communication. We made an approach to build tools & information products tailored to the needs and assimilation capacities on native language/mother tongue, There is more information out there than there has ever been in Telugu . This paper will discuss various approaches and case studies these were to develop an integrated approach for improving the capacity of native language communities by bringing together to develop the habit of communicating in native language . Over the past decade India has become increasingly hyperconnected, there are many creative strategies are being employed to extend the reach of Knowledge by driving ease of access, affordability and awareness.Global internet usage statistics reveal that the number of non-English internet users is steadily on the rise. Making this huge repository of information on the web, which is available in English, making this knowledge bank accessible to native internet users is need of hour.
