Regulations of the Board members

Azerbaijani Wikimedians User Group


1. The Goals and objectives of Board members

1.1 The main goals and objectives of the Board Members of the Azerbaijani Wikimedians User Group (hereinafter referred to as the “Board members”) are to manage the Azerbaijani Wikimedians User Group, implement various online or offline projects organized by the user group.

2. Candidate for the Board members

2.1 A candidate for Board members is possible only during the announcement.
2.2 Any user who has registered on Wikipedia before the announcement of the appointment of the Board members and who edited Azerbaijani Wikipedia can become a candidate.
2.3 Over 18 years old and having the opportunity to attend regular meetings of the Board members may be nominated for membership in the Board members.

3. Board members and selection rules

3.1 The board consists of 5 members, including one chairman and 4 members.
3.2 The contact persons of the “Azerbaijani Wikimedians User Group” are considered direct members of the board if they do not give up;
3.3 The Board members are selected by the contact persons of the Azerbaijani Wikimedians Users Group, and the chairman of the Board is selected by Board members.
3.4 Every two years a new vote is held for the chairmanship of the Board.
3.5 The date of voting is determined at a meeting of the Board members.

4. Membership in the Board members is terminated in the following cases

4.1 Voluntary withdrawal from membership;
4.2 Exclusion from membership.

5. A member of the board is expelled from membership in the following cases

edit

5.1 The performance of actions that defile the name of a group of users or the board;
5.2 Lack of regular participation in the Board members;
5.3 Acting against the goals of a user group.
