The meeting wrapped up early as there were not enough board members present to form a corum.
General Update edit
- Due to load-shedding board members to get UPS to assist with connection due to the ongoing load-shedding, budget is available.
- Deon struggling withing the Afrikaans academy to do training on Wikipedia, looking into doing online training maybe there is availability. Try to do weekend training
- Annual meet-up upcoming coming Saturday
Outstanding AGM items edit
- AGM pack was sent out to the mailing list, the pack includes the annual report.
- Board members are encouraged to fill in the registration, form incase they cant attend the AGM meeting.
- WikiIndaba is still being organized. Bobby, we will use travel agents for flights, Bobby went to the bank to seek information to apply for a credit card for payments when in Rwanda.3

The following where not discussed as the nessersay board members were not aviable to discuss them. As such they were moved to the next opps meeting.
