RESOLVED, that WMPH be authorized, having entered into contract with Benchmark Consulting Network, Inc. for the use of its facilities and services for a period of one (1) year, commencing October 1, 2010, notwithstanding the renewal or modification of the contract prior to the expiration thereof; as it is hereby authorized to transfer its principal office to the address of the contracted entity at Ground Floor Gervasia Center, 152 Amorsolo Street, Legaspi Village, Makati City 1229;
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the Corporate Secretary of WMPH be tasked, as he is hereby tasked, to notify the Bank of the Philippine Islands, WMPH's depositary bank and the Securities and Exchange Commission of the corporation's new principal address.
