Project description	to help the blocked wikipedians learn how to prevent vandalism once more
Is it a multilingual wiki?	there will be many versions of it. it depends on the choice

Technical requirements
New features to require	we will need a new template called double blockage. this blockage would be serious and would block the editor for a month.
Development wiki	the purpose is to help the blocked users by teaching how to use wikipedia by preventing vandalism.
