Writing for translation is similar to writing for Wikipedia in that a simple style is favored. Content should:

• Not use multiple clauses in a sentence
• To the point
• Unambiguous
• Avoid unnecessary negation
• Be written in direct tense
• Be written in

This has the additional effect of making content easy to read.
