| Abstract:
Inclusion emphasizes the importance of building a society where everyone feels loved, valued, respected and included regardless of age, abilities, limitations or backgrounds. For senior citizens, promoting inclusion is crucial for several reasons. The middle age and young people are driving the activities in most fields of human endeavour and usually do not take senior citizens into consideration. inclusiveness gives them the opportunity to be heard and to contribute. It not only benefits the individuals themselves but also enhances the overall well-being and richness of our communities. |

| How will this session be beneficial for the communities in the region?
Knowledge transfer, Social connection and wellbeing: Social isolation and loneliness can increase as people age, having a detrimental effect on their physical and mental health. We can give elderly individuals chances to interact with their communities, make significant connections, contribute to the general body of knowledge with their vast experience, and fight feelings of loneliness through promoting inclusion. They can contribute more to free knowledge because they have more time and experience. This has the potential to greatly enhance their general well-being, knowledge transfer and continuity. | |||
