Substitution edit

Noinclude inclusion problem... edit

The long "noinclude" section ends up included on the Help:Advanced templates page, via the {{timc}} template. If it's not essential there -- and I'd think it's not, given the talk page documentation -- I'd suggest removing it, for the sakes of clarity of said piece of documentation.
