10.4ghz? edit

iServ Q300 "yet another albert" CPU: Dual Intel Xeon - 10.4GHz - EM64T - 2MB Cache - 800 FSB from the Hardware ordered October 18, 2005 page, even if that's to mean 5.2ghz each... I don't know of any 5.2ghz xeons? Can anyone explain this to me, thanks =p

EDIT: Never mind, was vandalised I reverted it.

Trustworthy? edit

Hey, we need more reliable information here, please. How can we trust? (just asking).

This page is maintained by the Wikimedia hardware officer and myself. I happen to be the CFO. The information here is as reliable as it gets. --Daniel Mayer 03:14, 25 December 2005 (UTC)Reply

Hardware accounting/leasing edit

I'm always suprised when I come across small outfits paying hard cash for equipment.

Has anyone done a lease-vs.-buy analysis of these purchases? --Dougluce Mon Jan 2 20:46:29 EST 2006 (UTC)

Recent hardware orders edit

Could you please publish your recent hardware orders. I would like to know what is in the pipeline. Thank you! Longbow4u Feb 9th 2006.

I want to know it also. Thanks. 17:24, 19 February 2006 (UTC)

AFAIK nothing has been ordered. Makes you wonder what the money raised in the Xmas fund drive was for... Dan100 22:43, 16 March 2006 (UTC)Reply
