Please accept my sincere apologies for my late submission to the FDC elections - it resulted from an unexplainable, complete failure of my both Internet connections, where one could be fixed just after midnight. As it remains against a letter of the law, I will understand if you cancel my submission - however please consider relaxing this rule and allowing this candidacy.
