Consistent spelling of color names edit

Problem with this page and in the wiki software; Spelling for Gray should be consistent, either use American or British spellings but don't mix them. For the color names, they should either be all shades of gray or all shades of grey. Slamlander 15:59, 30 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

Differentiating user edits by colour? edit

Just checking to see if I got the color text right. If we all use a different colour, I think it'll be easier to read. And regarding splitting the work up, that is definitely an option. I guess another option would be to work on it step by step together. Since we do have until Nov. 21st, we might have enough time to do it this way. That way everyone can agree on what is useful and what isn't and most likely, we won't be missing anything. What do you guys think?

Also, haven't seen any notes either way, does the smaller version of ONE letter for each color level work? So for example, would #FFAACC and #FAC give you the same color? 69.182.165.163 18:42, 24 September 2010 (UTC)Reply
Yes, using 3-character CSS notation will work. Tommy Kronkvist (talk), 12:27, 15 March 2017 (UTC).Reply

Mixed up colour names edit

Azure didn't look right to me and, apparently, Wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Azure_(color). Im not sure of the original source of this but at a guess a number of the names may be mixed up. Anyone with lots of time want to correct this? — The preceding unsigned comment was added by 194.176.105.7 (talk) 16:46, 4 June 2013 (UTC)Reply

Link text-colour edit

Is it possible to change the colour of the link-text, say How to edit a page? --Shinyrust (talk) 16:02, 21 April 2019 (UTC)Reply
